A GPU server is a server that uses graphics processing units for certain internal computations. These servers still have CPUs, but they leverage the power of GPUs to handle many of the most intensive processing tasks. 5. What Are Common Use Cases for GPU Servers?

GPU servers truly shine when computational speed becomes the limiting factor. Any application that requires heavy computation — such as cryptography — is ideal for GPU servers. This includes deep learning, scientific computing, and even cloud services. GPU architectures are better suited for large volumes of fast computations.
