Apps are deployed into an available region. This is managed app hosting, so there are no dedicated IPs, raw port exposure, or root VPS access.
Both offers renew at the same yearly price while active. No coupon is needed, and the free Cloud Apps credit or other coupons can't be used.

After registering, open Cloud Apps in the customer portal and select Add capacity. Choose either END OF SUMMER SALE or END OF SUMMER PLUS both are annual-only packages, so the correct yearly total is shown automatically.
